The short version
- ACE is software, not an airline.
- You book and pay the operator or broker directly.
- “Confirmed” checks contact details and documents on file. It's not a safety rating.
- We don't sell your personal information.
Terms of use
- What ACE does. ACE is a software platform that connects travelers, charter brokers and charter operators.
- Who you book with. Every charter is a contract between you and the operator or broker you choose. ACE is not a party to that contract and does not operate aircraft.
- Payments. You pay your broker or operator directly. ACE never holds trip money.
- Confirmed badges. “Confirmed” means we checked contact details and matched listed tail numbers to uploaded documents. It is not a safety rating or a guarantee.
